Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request the deletion of your Sigma Ai account and all associated data, in compliance with the EU GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, and Google Play Store policies.

1. Open the Sigma Ai mobile app or visit sigma-ai.ai on the web.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Navigate to Profile → Settings → Account.
4. Tap the "Delete My Account" button.
5. Confirm the deletion request. Your account will be permanently removed.

If you cannot access the app, send an email to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include your registered email address. We will verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.

Upon successful deletion, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed:

• Your profile (name, email, password, phone, profile photo, country)
• All business profiles you created (descriptions, logos, financial data)
• SWOT, PESTEL, and AI Advisor analyses you generated
• Cases, projects, meetings, budgets, shopping lists, and notes
• Voice recordings and transcribed dictations
• Uploaded images, documents, and gallery files
• Notification preferences and language settings
• App interaction analytics tied to your account
• Bookmarks, comments, and any social activity

A small subset of data may be retained for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes:

• Payment & subscription records — kept for 7 years to comply with tax law and financial audits (US IRS, EU VAT, UAE Federal Tax Authority).
• Anonymized server logs — kept for up to 90 days for security and fraud detection. These contain no personally identifiable information.
• Aggregated analytics — anonymized usage statistics with no link back to your account.

All retained data is encrypted and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

• In-app deletion → effective immediately (account suspended within seconds, fully purged within 24 hours)
• Email request → processed within 30 days of receipt and verification
• Backup purges → encrypted backup copies are rotated out within 60 days

You don't have to delete your entire account to remove specific data. From within the app you can:

• Delete individual business profiles, cases, projects, meetings, or budgets
• Clear your voice recordings and transcripts
• Remove uploaded images and gallery items
• Reset your AI Advisor chat history
• Disable notifications and unsubscribe from emails
