• Embeddable solution sharing

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is up to date

Free Trial: New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all features.

Pro Subscription: After the trial period, a subscription of $5/month is required for continued access. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

Refunds: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support if you have concerns about your subscription.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Transmit malware or other harmful code
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Service
• Use the Service for automated scraping or data collection
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials

Your Content: You retain ownership of the problems and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and process it to provide the Service.

Ai Solutions: Ai-generated solutions are provided for your use but may be subject to the terms of the underlying Ai providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).

Embedded Content: When you enable embedding, you grant permission for your solutions to be displayed on third-party websites.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• Ai solutions will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected

AI Limitations: Ai-generated solutions are for informational purposes only. Always verify critical information and consult professionals for important decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigma Ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
